XERF delivers radiofrequency energy deep into the skin, gently heating the tissue to stimulate collagen remodeling. This process helps tighten existing collagen fibers and encourages new collagen production over time.
Numbing is available if you would like it, though most people don’t need it. XERF feels like an intense hot stone massage, with a cooling sensation between pulses — some areas feel more intense than others. Your provider talks you through what to expect before you start and adjusts the settings as you go.

XERF is designed specifically for controlled collagen stimulation and skin tightening, not fat reduction or filler degradation, making it safe for patients with existing filler when performed properly.
