Price Match Guarantee in Houston, TX

The ZA Price Match Guarantee — full terms

Effective 5 October 2026. Zaretsky Aesthetics, 1250 Wood Branch Park Dr, Suite 205, Houston, TX 77079.

1. Who it is for

The Price Match Guarantee is available to current ZA members only. It applies for as long as your membership remains active and ends when your membership ends.

2. What we will match

We will match a lower price for the same treatment, published by another licensed medical practice within 200 miles of 77079, provided the claim meets every condition in section 3.

3. What qualifies

To be matched, a price must be:

1. Published — publicly available on the other practice’s own website, printed menu or current advertisement, and verifiable by us;
2. Current — dated, or demonstrably in effect, within the 30 days before your claim;
3. Specific — naming the practice, the treatment and the price;
4. Comparable — the same treatment, using the same device or technology, on the same area, for the same number of sessions;
5. A standard price — the practice’s ordinary single-treatment price;

4. When to claim

Claims may be made before treatment, or within 30 days of your treatment date. We will honour a qualifying claim made in that window and refund or credit the difference.

5. What is excluded

We cannot match:

• Introductory, new-client-only or first-visit offers
• Group-buying and deal-site pricing, including Groupon
• Flash sales, clearance, liquidation or closing-down pricing
• Package or bundle pricing compared against a single treatment
• Another practice’s membership, loyalty or subscription pricing
• Employee, friends-and-family or professional-courtesy rates
• Manufacturer rebates, loyalty points and financing promotions
• Pricing from any provider that is not a licensed medical practice
• Injectable treatments, which are priced per unit or per syringe and cannot be compared like for like
• Any treatment for which Zaretsky Aesthetics does not publish a price
• Prices that cannot be verified, or that are no longer available when we check

6. How we verify

Claims are reviewed by the practice. We will confirm the practice, the treatment, the device and the date the price was published, and respond in writing within one business day. Where a claim is unclear or cannot be verified, we may decline it.

7. Limits

One matched price per treatment. The guarantee applies to the price of the treatment only and not to products, consultations, membership fees or any third-party charge. It cannot be combined with another ZA offer, promotion or discount on the same treatment.

8. Changes

We may change or withdraw this guarantee at any time. Any claim already approved will be honoured.

9. Clinical judgement is not for sale

A price match does not change what we recommend. If a treatment is not right for you, we will say so, whatever it costs elsewhere.
