We will only keep products on hold for 48 hours if they are not paid for.
Fill in the form above with the products you want and choose Store Pickup. We will put the order together and let you know when it is ready to collect from our Houston clinic. If you would rather not make the trip, choose Shipping on the same form and we will send it to you.
Unpaid orders are held for 48 hours. After that we return the items to stock, because these are dispensed products and we keep limited quantities of each. If you need longer, tell us in the message box and we will do our best to accommodate it.
If you already have a visit booked, say so in the further instructions box and we will have the order waiting. It saves a separate trip, and it gives us a chance to check the products still suit where you are in your treatment plan.
