Tina Schwarz is the owner and Lead Esthetician of Zaretsky Aesthetics, bringing more than 20 years of experience in aesthetics and skin health. She earned her B.S. in Health Services Organization and Policy, graduating Cum Laude, before completing her professional esthetics education at the Institute of cosmetology and Esthetics. Her professional development has included years of experience working alongside a Houston-area dermatologist, along with extensive advanced training in aesthetic technologies, medical-grade, skin care, and regenerative aesthetics.
Tina’s philosophy is centered on helping clients maintain a healthier, refreshed, and more youthful version of themselves- without changing what makes them look like themselves. She believes in natural, progressive approach to aging that prioritizes skin quality, collagen stimulation, structural support, and long-term skin health rather than chasing temporary or overcorrect results.
With a particular passion for regenerative aesthetics, Tina creates highly individualized treatment plans that combine advanced energy-based technologies with regenerative and biostimulating approaches. Her goal is to work with the skin’s natural processes to improve tone, texture, firmness, and overall skin quality while preserving natural-looking results.
Commitment to continue education, Tina continually evaluates, emerging technologies, treatment protocols, and regenerative approaches to determine what can meaningfully benefit her clients. Licensed Esthetician & Laser Specialist
Jasmine Zaretsky is a Licensed Esthetician and Laser Specialist at Zaretsky Aesthetics. She earned her B.S. in Business Marketing at Texas A&M University and has completed extensive training in advanced aesthetics, laser technologies, and medical-grade skincare, and regenerative aesthetic treatments. Her professional development has including extensive training alongside a Houston-area dermatologist, complemented by ongoing education and clinical insight from Dr. Lee, Zaretsky Aesthetics’ Medical Director and Plastic surgeon.
Jasmine specializes in developing personalized treatment plans that combine advanced aesthetic technologies, regenerative skin care approaches, and medical- grade products to support each client’s individual skin goals. She is particularly passionate about treatments focused on improving skin quality, collagen stimulation, and long-term skin health.
Committed to continued education, Jasmine stays current with evolving aesthetic technologies, regenerative approaches, and evidence- based skin care. She values building lasting relationships with her clients and guiding them through a thoughtful and individualized skincare journey.
When Jasmine is not working she enjoys cooking, pilates, gardening, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Edward I. Lee, serves hundreds of men, women, and children every year at his Nuveau Plastic Surgery practice in Houston, TX. Dr. Lee is an experienced and highly-skilled surgeon, having completed numerous years of specialty training in the areas of plastic and reconstructive surgery. He was recognized with an esteemed teaching award in 2016 from Baylor College of Medicine’s Division of Plastic Surgery, earned a spot-on Rising Star’s “Super Doctor®” list since 2015 and was named as one of Houston’s Top Doctors by H Texas magazine since 2017. Dr. Lee is a world-renowned lecturer, presenter, and researcher in the plastic and reconstructive surgery field and performs plastic surgeries around the world. As a respected member of the medical community, Dr. Lee pursued his personal dream, and opened his own private practice in the spring of 2016.
